These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Trip Architects (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Trip Architects is a trip-planning application that lets you build itineraries, add activities such as flights, transfers, accommodation, and experiences, and share trips with other people you travel with. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the trips, activities, and other content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, display, and process that content in order to provide the Service to you and to anyone you share a trip with. You are responsible for the content you add and for having the right to share it.
4. Sharing with others
When you share a trip or activity, the people you share with can view — and, where you grant edit access, modify — that content. Only share with people you trust, and only share information you are comfortable making visible to them.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, disrupting its operation, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using it to harass others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may modify or discontinue all or part of it at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trip Architects is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
